Winter Night Shelter

Every winter our local churches work together to provide overnight accommodation for some of the most disadvantaged in our community.

Between 1st December and 28th February each year the

Nuneaton Winter Night Shelter provide a bed, a hot evening meal

and breakfast for 10 homeless people every night.  Last winter the

demand for this service increased and there were nightly 12 people

staying warm and safe with a healthy meal to give them

strength to cope with the challenges of long, cold winter days.

We are now once again looking for people to volunteer their time to help us with this year's night shelter.  It is provided in All Saints Parish Hall on Monday nights and we need support for, preparing beds, cooking and serving meals, overnight care, and cooking breakfast on the Tuesday morning.

All these activities have been divided into timed shifts and if you have a few hours to spare for this incredibly rewarding contribution to improving the lives of some of the most disadvantaged in our community then please contact

Reverend Rupert Allen - rupert@allsaintscoton.org

Donations of winter coats, new (still packaged) socks and underwear, jumpers etc for men and women would also be welcome.  For any questions please contact Reverend Allen - rupert@allsaintscoton.org
